Amla Ayurvedic Powder Triuga

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of the powder in warm water to create a paste-like consistency. Apply the mixture to the desired area of skin that needs treatment, such as the face, neck, décolletage, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave it on as a mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. If needed, cleanse the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream.

To prepare a decoction: add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500 ml of water, bring it to a boil, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Allow it to steep for 3-5 hours. Strain the liquid.

To make an infusion: add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500 ml of warm water and let it sit overnight. Strain the mixture. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use it for washing, skin cleansing, and rinsing hair after washing. If needed, apply as a compress on problem areas of the skin.

This product can be used in combination with other Ayurvedic powders for enhanced effects.
