Micellar Shampoo "Volume & Shine" - Triuga Ayurveda
The shampoo is amazing, and so is the conditioner.
Not a bad shampoo for the price, convenient dispenser, effectively cleanses the hair, provides volume and shine. However, for my oily scalp, Interapothek Shampu Cremoso Con Keratina worked better - it keeps the hair cleaner and more voluminous for longer. Unfortunately, with this shampoo, by the end of the second day, my hair doesn't look fresh anymore.
This is a great series (I have both the shampoo and conditioner). My hair is smooth, silky, and manageable. The consistency is good, and it has a neutral scent. However, the shampoo does seem to be a bit more wasteful than usual.
This series is really great. I loved it 100%. My hair looks voluminous and shiny.
200 ml leaked out due to poor packaging and a non-native dispenser. Why do you have Panama boxes instead of the original ones? What is this? On top of that, it was stuffed too tightly, so it's not surprising that the dispenser got crushed and broke during transportation.
Plus, it's clear that a fake dispenser was substituted. Did someone take it for themselves or what? I happen to have the original one, so I can compare. The balm also has a white dispenser, not a green one. So the green one was definitely taken from somewhere.
The service has become awful. Take a cue from Watsons and Eva's packaging.
Plus, I already filed a complaint that my name is not Borisovna, but Vladimirovna. Nobody even reacted to it. You still address it to Borisovna.
If you don't care about your customers, then I have more than one reason to reconsider the quality of your service and completely stop ordering from you.
I liked the shampoo. The scent and consistency are very good. However, I do find myself having to wash my hair a little more often.

I purchased this shampoo, mask, and spray from the same brand. I am very dissatisfied. This product is absolutely not worth its money. Regular Fructis, which is three times cheaper, gives a much better effect. After using this series, my hair feels stiff, dull, and dirty. My hair is dry and damaged. Overall, I do not recommend it.
I purchased the shampoo together with the hair mask. After a month of use, my hair started to look dirty faster, and my daughter developed dandruff. I won't be buying it again.

I ordered a mask and shampoo from the same series. Today, I tried them and the scent is very delicate and not overpowering. The shampoo is thick and I left the mask on for 30 minutes under a cap. I really liked everything, you can immediately see that the hair is well-groomed. I think it will be even better after a few uses. I also ordered the conditioner. I bought this series in a store at the beginning of autumn, and it lasted for a very long time. I used it with great pleasure. Since it is a professional series, I can say that it really acts like a salon treatment, with an instant "Wow" effect. I used it 1-2 times a week. It lathers well, cleanses effectively without drying out the hair, and has a small usage amount (even one press is too much for my shoulder-length hair!). The creamy foam is very pleasant, and it has a nice scent. The hair doesn't tangle and can be easily combed even without using conditioner! They shine, are soft, and manageable - just makes you want to touch them. With this shampoo, you don't even need to use a conditioner or mask; the hair combs wonderfully and looks great. It's also very convenient to have a dispenser. It looks beautiful on the shelf in the bathroom.
