I used this product three times on my long and black hair. I also used it on my slightly yellowish hair. Overall, it successfully accomplished its purpose for me, and my hair remains in good condition.
The 4.0 developer did not work at all on my hair tone. This is surprising because I have always used professional hair dye and a 3% developer. The expiration date is until 2026, and everything is neatly packaged. I don't understand why it didn't work.
Decolorant, not a bad thing. It removed dark chestnut, I wanted to achieve my own color, the dark faded. A reddish pigment remained. I followed the instructions and left it on for 30 minutes. I think the product did its job well.
The smell is quite strong, but I dyed my hair red a year ago, then with a red tonic and into a chocolate color. I thought nothing would help my hair anymore, but the red and chocolate washed off the first time (before that, I washed my hair and the water was still red, so even though it was chocolate, it had a red tint and it settled well on the hair). As for the red color, I'm not sure yet because I just washed off the product, so I'll wait until it dries and oxidizes, but I'm already very satisfied with the result. (One thing to note is that one jar was very crushed, but the box was intact.)
Hello everyone. I was hesitant for a long time whether to buy this product or not. There were many different reviews. But a failed dyeing, which left stains, decided everything for me) I have porous, curly hair. I was afraid of overprocessing or something else. The smell is specific, but not worse than any other dye. Hair length - shoulder blades. Half a bottle was enough. The instructions were clear, I did everything quickly. I left it on for half an hour, rinsed it off. I thought it would wash out with the dye, like brown water, but no. It's just clear. And the old dye was as if it wasn't there) Hair is soft, not dry. Very satisfied! Go ahead and take it, don't hesitate!
I will share my impressions of this product. I must say that I didn't expect a perfect result, as my daughter's hair was toned with a toner, not dye. It has been toned multiple times before and the colors were already very different. She wanted to dye it green, but the previous red color didn't want to fade for a long time, so we decided to try rinsing it first and then dyeing it all on the same day. The rinse worked partially, the hair was very thick, and the color didn't fade much underneath but it faded quite well on top. We toned it on the same day. Overall, it was without any problems, but the color turned out differently in different areas. Where the hair was darker, it became dark green, and on top, it was brighter. My daughter is satisfied, so I believe the rinse did its job. I didn't take any before and after photos. I didn't think about it and didn't expect much of a result.
Sometimes, certain comments are very impressive, and I hope that most people approach them with a critical mindset. Any hair color removal procedure will cause some damage to the hair. The question is, what was the condition of the hair before this, what type of dye was used, how long, and what is the hair type in general?
I have done the color removal procedure about 6 times with three different brands over the course of 2 years, and I want to say that this one in particular has a more pleasant smell, although it is quite specific. For girls with very dark hair, especially if they have used store-bought dyes like Eva or Prostor, the result of the removal process can vary greatly, and it is not always possible to achieve the desired effect with just one removal. Also, if you have experimented with different coloring techniques, direct pigments, and henna before this, no one considers that all of this also remains in the history of your hair.
I had a shade of 6-7, a light chestnut color. Prior to this, I had a shade of 7 warm, honey color for quite a while. My hair is shoulder-length, so one box was enough for two removals that I did on the same day with a 30-minute break. My hair is in good condition, it is thin but not porous. I diluted the first removal solution slightly more than half, and the second time I focused on the length. I bought a dye that was two shades lighter than desired. I wanted a 7 ash tone, but I bought 9.11.
After two removals, the color turned out to be reddish. I dyed my hair after 24 hours.
In my opinion, this is a fairly gentle way to correct the color.
It works, but not that great, and the hair feels a bit tired after using it. I don't recommend it.

I decided to remove the dye from my hair that I had been coloring for a year with "Syoss Oleo Intense 3-10 - Deep Chestnut". I wanted to return to my natural color. As a result, it turned out that the dye had accumulated (especially at the ends) because after a year, I had become black with a violet shade. Later, I realized that all of this was due to the incorrect dyeing process! Based on the reviews, I chose this "Decolorant" Vip's Prestige Color Off. The result was not what I wanted, but it surprised me. BUT...in the photo, you can see the "Before" and the number "7" which is the attempt that led to this result. I followed the instructions exactly!
The product is good, it does its job, if of course, you have the patience to do the rinsing for several days (I divided it into six packages, using one twice without touching the roots). The smell is something, it reminded me of the smell of "sewer," especially when the hair is wet. It honestly smelled bad to me, but it may vary from person to person! It took me a long time to get rid of it!
It does dry the hair a little, but with conditioner (the one you are used to using), you can fix it.
As a result, I had no strength left and decided to finally achieve the desired result through lightening. I bought "Syoss Professional Performance 13-0 - Ultra - Lightener (9 Levels of Lightening)", and then dyed it in the color that was close to my natural hair color, "Syoss Oleo Intense 6-10 - Dark Blonde".
In conclusion, for its price, the product is good, it doesn't damage the hair too much, but if you are in my situation, you need to rinse a lot and for a long time!

It was during the day, and this is under artificial lighting. Just wow. However, I think it will darken. Well, or I will dye it, taking, let's say, shade 7... and it will turn out dark again. Unfortunately.
I bought it out of boredom, on sale. I didn't have high expectations because I regularly dye my hair dark brown. To my surprise, it washed out after just one use, leaving me with this (now I'm waiting for it to oxidize and darken).
This product is simply amazing. I had black hair like soot, but after using it twice, it turned light brown! I highly recommend it to everyone. If it didn't work for someone, I wouldn't believe it because this product is truly effective!
It seems to remove something, but only specific strands near the roots, overall the color remains almost unchanged. I have already done 2 washes, following the instructions precisely. It has a smell of rotten eggs, but after the first wash with shampoo and conditioner, the smell completely disappears and everything is fine.
This product is terrible. I wanted to go from red hair to a lighter shade, but instead my hair turned warm and my desired cool tone was not achieved. It's been three weeks and I still can't get rid of the smell. I absolutely do not recommend it.
This is an excellent product that saved me from having a color that was too dark. My hair color was a level 4, and it washed out to a level 7 on the first try. After 40 minutes, I dyed my hair with L'Oreal Excellence Cool Creme 7.11, and it turned out to be a cool dark blonde. I am extremely satisfied. I am deducting one star because the residual smell only washed out after the second hair wash, which was a week later.
I used the dye on my almost black hair (level 3.5), where some roots were at level 4.7. After 4 treatments (two packs for shoulder-length thick hair), the length lightened by 1.5-2 shades, while the roots turned reddish. Immediately after rinsing, the hair was lighter, but then darkened again. The length is now not as dark and has a reddish tint in the light. Overall, it's not bad considering that the hair quality hasn't changed. However, I wanted it to be lighter, so I'll probably need to use a bleach because I can't afford two packs for a total of 1.5 shades.
If it were possible to give zero stars, that would be my rating for this product. I did two procedures with a three-day difference, but there was no effect. The dark ends of my hair remained dark, just as they were before the procedure. The first time I applied it to my entire hair, and the second time only to the length, avoiding the roots.
The smell, if you can even call it that, lingered for two weeks. It strongly smelled of hair until the third wash, and then only when I rinsed it with water.
Maybe it worked for someone else, but I do not recommend this product.
Not the effect I was expecting. I have previously used a decolorant, but not from this brand, and the result was better.
I recommend using this product as it definitely accomplishes its task! The main thing to remember is that it is a decolorant, not a lightener, so consider how dark your shade is and how long you have been dyeing your hair. I only needed one procedure to return to my previous light-brown color, without damaging my hair. The color did not fade the next day or after washing and using regular care products. Additionally, I only used half of the product (my hair length is shoulder-length), and diluting it is not necessary as a little goes a long way. The product will definitely last for two applications.
This product saved me. I wanted to dye my hair from red to brown, but I got an unlucky hairdresser and ended up with purple hair. I bought this product and after just one use, I washed out all the purple and got back my red hair, just slightly darker than before. I initially thought of washing it out and getting it recolored, but I like the color now and won't be changing it.
Well, this is quite a product. The remnants of the Turquoise tonic were not washed away, only lightened, and now it is partially green with yellowish spots! This product is not worth your attention, do not waste your money! The smell is simply terrible!
It didn't perform well on the task. There is a difference, but not very noticeable. The packs lasted for 3 consecutive applications. It has a smell, but it is tolerable.
I could have given it a zero rating. I dyed my hair with the pink and purple dye from this brand. Then I decided to remove it and ended up with blue hair. Be careful, this product is not suitable for vibrant coloring. It was one way before and became completely different after.

My impressions are mixed. The hair dye remover works, but for hair that is 1-3 shades darker, it is better to use a bleaching powder right away. My hair was dyed at a level 3 (dark chestnut), and after two washes, it only faded one shade (resulting in a chocolate color). I am pleased with the result. The black color has disappeared. Now I have a pleasant light brown color. The smell is normal. Before washing, I pre-treated my hair with a deep cleansing shampoo.
The hair removal was a success. I dyed it with a tonic for over a year, and when I finally decided to put an end to it, I realized that even washing it out with natural hair was problematic. I came across this decolorizer purely by chance, took a risk, and didn't regret it. The packaging was enough for 2 washes. The smell is tolerable compared to Estel Color Off. P.S. I can only upload one photo, so here is the final result (I dyed it with a burgundy tonic). P.P.S. The ends were already burnt.
I want to caution you that if your hair has undergone chemical curling, the dye will wash out much more difficultly, so you will need to buy several packs. I did four washes, and the ends turned from black to dark chestnut, while the top became ginger.
