Apply the product to the cuticle and any rough skin around the nail. You can also apply it to fingers that have been pre-soaked in water or soak them in warm water with the product. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes. Using an orange stick or another tool, gently push back the cuticle, removing old skin particles along with any remaining product.
