Melt the paraffin and heat it to a comfortable temperature of 50-55 degrees Celsius. Apply a moisturizing and nourishing product to the skin. Dip your hands and feet into the paraffin, immersing them up to five times each. Wrap them in protective bags and terry mittens. Leave them for about 20 minutes. Remove the mittens and, if necessary, apply moisturizing cream again.
