I didn't notice any crazy volume, but I air dry my hair and it reaches my waist. However, when combined with the coconut spray from the same brand, my hair becomes soft and easy to comb. Additionally, this shampoo did not cause any irritation or dandruff, which often happens with other shampoos. The dispenser doesn't work well, so I have to unscrew the bottle every time.
