Anti-Couperose Face Balm Renew Redness Balm

In comparison to the pharmacy, this balm is definitely better, unquestionably. The pharmacy ones were already weak for me, so I bought this one and a cream with azelaic acid, and the results are simply amazing. Sometimes the balm stings when the skin is irritated and the protective barrier is compromised, but otherwise it doesn't burn and absorbs quickly. The moisture is indeed insufficient, so I sometimes top it off with another cream or apply Cicaplast by La Roche-Posay once a day. It soothes and hydrates, leaving the skin super soft. Overall, using them together gives excellent results. Plus, cosmetic procedures from a beautician are necessary; unfortunately, creams alone won't suffice. My face is pale without redness, and there are no longer hot flushes. It keeps rosacea under control.

I had the opposite effect with this product! AFTER APPLYING THE CREAM, MY SKIN BURNS LIKE FIRE, AS IF I'M WIPING MY FACE WITH ALCOHOL! After about 3 minutes, it calms down a bit, but still feels uncomfortable. The cream sits on my face like a mask, giving me an unpleasant sense of identity. I don't have a clearly pronounced problem with rosacea, and my skin type is combination. The consistency of the cream itself was already confusing when I opened the jar - it was some kind of green, sticky, jelly-like liquid, it didn't even resemble a cream.

The balm may slightly reduce redness, but that's about it. It doesn't have any effect on rosacea. There's no mention of moisturizing properties, in fact, it actually dries out the skin.

I purchased this balm during a period when my skin was irritated by unknown factors, causing my face to feel "burning" and appear red. I used it on my entire face (except the eye area) as a night cream. Immediately after applying the cream, my skin calms down and feels much more comfortable. The redness and irritation completely disappeared after three days of use. I use this balm as needed when irritation occurs, for example, after swimming in a chlorinated pool, as my skin is not a fan of it. I believe that in winter, it will become my number one go-to product.

I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I can already see noticeable results. The redness has clearly decreased and the presence of the capillary network is minimal. The condition of my skin has clearly improved. A big thank you for the high-quality product and excellent service.
