It does a good job at mattifying and feels pleasant to the touch. Definitely deserves a five-star rating.

I liked the top, but I only used it once. Several weeks have passed and I wanted to do a matte manicure, but to my surprise, when I opened the nail polish, I saw that it had dried up.

I don't understand why this top coat is being praised so much, I didn't like it. The shine appears an hour after application and looks semi-matte on both light and dark shades. If you specifically want a matte effect, it's better to look for something else.
