Massage: Mix 4-6 drops of oil (or oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of a carrier oil like avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, or grape seed oil.

Aromatic Perfumes: Verbena is a very long-lasting scent and blends well with all fragrances. Interesting combinations can be created when mixed with spicy aromas.

Baths: Mix up to 12 drops of oil (or oil blend) with 30-60 g of an emulsifier (such as salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, or bran) and add to a filled bath.

Rubbing: Use 7-8 drops per 15 g of oil.

Hot Compresses and Lotions: Use 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water.

Inhalation and Room Fragrance:

• Aroma Burner: Add 3-5 drops of oil per 15 square meters to an aroma lamp filled with water and light the candle.
• Aroma Pendants: Use 1-2 drops.
