Eucalyptus essential oil can be used both in its pure form and blended with other complementary essential oils. It helps alleviate burns caused by undiluted "harsh" essential oils such as thyme, yarrow, and wormwood. Therefore, it's advisable to include 25% eucalyptus oil in the initial mixture of essential oils (for example, 1 drop of eucalyptus for every 7 drops of a new oil).
Perfect for treating a stuffy nose - it cleared me up in just 3 days. The scent is strong, yet not overpowering, and it's highly effective. Although, overall, it's ideal for preventing respiratory infections.
