Great cream, I'm buying it for the second time. Moisturizes 100%, helps with exacerbation of atopic dermatitis.
I bought this product as a replacement for Phisiogel, which I had been using for several years in a row. The result of using it didn't impress me, there is a significant difference between these two products. Rilastil leaves white marks on the face, but without oily shine. Sometimes I feel itching. My skin is free from breakouts, sensitive, and prone to irritations.
Overall not bad, but the texture is closer to a lotion. It leaves white traces for a long time, but it is not sticky.
Good moisturizing balm for sensitive and irritated skin. Gentle, does not cause irritation after use, improves skin tone. I use it in combination with Perolite soap, CeraVe, and Acnemy. The balm is exactly what is needed for calming. I recommend it.
I use it as an additional remedy for child dermatitis. Unfortunately, it does not relieve itching.

I have dry, prone to atopic skin, just like the description of the cream, it suited me 100%. At first, in my opinion, it has a strong smell, but it quickly dissipates and later you don't feel it. I don't regret getting the large jar.
I have eczema, dry skin that constantly feels tight and itchy. I have tried many things, but I adore this cream. It moisturizes like no other can. I even apply it on my face during the day. It is not greasy, rather thick. I just apply it about an hour or an hour and a half before going out.
