Use the flat side of the sponge to cover large areas of the face, and its edges for smaller areas like the sides of the nose and the inner and outer corners of the eyes.
For full coverage, use a dry sponge, and for a sheer finish, use a damp sponge. After use, if necessary, wash the sponge with warm water and soap, and let it dry thoroughly.
