I was convinced by the reviews and decided to give it a try. I don't know about others, but I'm used to having fluffy, shiny, and loose hair after washing it. However, this "product"... it's just terrible! It barely cleanses the hair, making it feel like straw (even after using conditioner), and leaves a residue on the hair as if it were dandruff. I used it four times, thinking that my hair and scalp would get used to it, but unfortunately, my hair started to break even more. In short, I'll have to treat it even more now.
