Warm the oil by placing the bottle in a cup of very warm water or under a stream of water from the tap. Shake the bottle well. Apply the warm oil to the dry roots of your hair, sectioning it part by part. Afterward, you can distribute the oil along the entire length of your hair. Gather your hair into a twist and wrap it with plastic wrap, or use a special plastic cap. For additional warmth, you can cover your head with a towel. Leave the oil on for 20 minutes to 2 hours. Once the time is up, remove the wrap and wash your hair with warm water and shampoo. The oil rinses out easily and does not leave a greasy residue on your hair. The minimum recommended course is 2 months, using the oil 1-2 times per week.
