Perfect Curl Shampoo - Previa Borage Shampoo
I have been using this product for 4 years now and I have tried other shampoos for curly hair, but none of them suited me. At the moment, it is the best one for me and I haven't found a replacement yet.
This was my favorite shampoo, and my excitement knew no bounds. Imagine my surprise after 40 years of life to discover that I didn't have a mop and a nest on my head, but rather wavy hair with some curls here and there. (Even acquaintances asked if I had curled my hair with curlers, remembering that I mostly had a mop on my head.) People with porous wavy-curly hair will understand me. I and my 5-year-old daughter used it for curly hair (the composition allowed for it). So, the joy of finally finding my shampoo and ending the long search didn't last long: just one bottle. Because, after buying the next one, during hair washing, I immediately realized that something was off. It lathers more strongly, the hair scales immediately stood up, there was no smoothness, and the scent was different. The hair doesn't look the same after washing, there are no waves and curls. Complete disappointment and sadness. I was ready to forgive the previous version for the difficulties in lathering, and the fact that they possibly got dirty a little faster, and the high consumption, but at least there were moisturized hair and resilient curls.
I really like this shampoo. I have curly hair that tends to be frizzy, but this shampoo makes my curls more manageable. Even compared to the Davines line for curly hair, I prefer this shampoo. Plus, it has a very nice scent.
I have been using this shampoo for a year now, and I combine it with various conditioners from the same brand. The shampoo has a pleasant scent and lathers well, but it is important to remember that all sulfate-free shampoos need to be thoroughly massaged into the roots and scalp. In particular, I highly recommend using silicone scalp massagers.
One of the effects I have noticed from using this shampoo is that my scalp is less oily. I used to wash my hair every other day, but now I can go up to the fourth or even fifth day without washing it.
I am disappointed that the one-liter size of this shampoo is not available because after trying out many sulfate-free shampoos (including DevaCurl, Giovanni, Petal Fresh, and others), I always come back to this one and have decided not to experiment anymore. It works well for my scalp.
The shampoo doesn't rinse out easily. The curls stay intact, but the hair near the roots feels greasy and unpleasant to the touch. It didn't work for me, so I don't recommend it.
This is an excellent shampoo. Although it is sulfate-free, it still lathers well and effectively cleanses from the first use. The most important aspect for me is that my scalp feels great - no discomfort, itching, or dryness.
Please provide the ingredients or a photo of the ingredients. I would like to purchase this product, but I am interested in knowing its composition.
The shampoo has a pleasant scent and does not contain any dye. It lathers well and effectively cleanses the hair. After using it, my hair feels soft, manageable, and not overly dry.
I have been testing it for two weeks now, and I'm curious to see what the results will be after finishing the bottle. I also purchased the conditioner from the same series, but I was a bit concerned when I first used it because it felt greasy and gave the impression that it was a leave-in conditioner. However, it turns out that the usage instructions on the websites were correct, and it's meant to be used as a regular conditioner.
In my opinion, this series is not bad, especially considering its reasonable price.
