The shampoo seems to be good, it pours out of the bottle nicely, lathers very well and strongly, and effectively cleans long hair with just two washes. However, the recent problem of quick hair greasiness persists, and it hasn't restored the scalp. Previously, I washed my hair every three days, and they weren't excessively dirty, but now they get very greasy every day. It's probably time to try gentle shampoos. So, it's not suitable for greasiness, but it's a very good shampoo for normal hair. I recommend it.

Yes, you should dilute it with a little water before applying it to your hair, and that's the correct way to apply any shampoo to your hair. I personally don't have any issues with squeezing out the shampoo.
