In my opinion, this is complete nonsense. I used all the strips. I wanted to complete the entire course in order to see visible results. The black color of the strips may create the impression that something has been whitened when you remove them. But it's just a contrast effect. White will always appear whiter and brighter on black.
A girl commented below that these strips remove coffee stains. But, excuse me, I can remove coffee stains with toothpaste or mouthwash. These strips claim to whiten teeth by 4-6 shades.

The strips are good for removing plaque. They don't contain any hydrogen peroxide, so don't expect them to whiten the inner part of the tooth))) I applied them overnight for about 5-6 hours. My teeth became smoother and there is no sensitivity. I will add more after 14 days.
