General baths: Use 100-150 grams of the product for a bath with a volume of 200 liters of water (at a temperature of +35-37º Celsius). Do not exceed 20 minutes in the bath. Local baths: Use 10-15 grams per 10 liters of water (at a temperature of +35-37º Celsius). Spend 15-30 minutes in the bath. Take baths every other day or for two consecutive days with a rest on the third day. A full course consists of 12-15 baths. Repeat the course after 1-2 months.
