Using a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base to the areas where you will place the rhinestones. The drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones themselves. Press the rhinestones gently into the drops of base. Cure under a UV/LED or combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Next, use a fine brush dipped in PNB rubber base coat to outline the rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED or combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Finally, use a brush to apply a top coat to the design areas without rhinestones. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or under LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
