Using a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base to the areas where you want to place the rhinestones. The drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. "Set" the rhinestones by gently pressing them into the drops. Cure under a UV/LED combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Then, with a fine brush dipped in PNB rubber base coat, outline the "set" rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Use a brush to apply a top coat to the parts of the design without rhinestones. Cure for 2 minutes under a UV lamp or for 60 seconds under LED, UVLED, or hybrid lamps.
