Using a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base to the areas where the rhinestones will be placed. The base drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. "Set" the rhinestones by gently pressing them into the base drops. Cure under a UV/LED combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Next, using a fine brush dipped in PNB rubber base coat, outline the "set" rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Finally, use a brush to apply a top coat to the parts of the design without rhinestones. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or under LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
