The Ukrainian brand Naturalissimo has developed St. John's Wort Hydrolate—a natural tonic that can be used for facial cleansing, cosmetic ice, a post-wash hair rinse, and a refreshing spray for both skin and hair. The creation process involves passing hot steam through the green parts of the plant and dried flowers. This method transfers tannins, essential oils, flavonoids, anthraquinones, vitamins C and E, and trace elements into the distillate.
