However, the last time I ordered 4 packs, I only applied it to the roots and it didn't work at all. I thought maybe I didn't leave it on long enough, so the next time I mixed two packs and applied it to my entire hair, but my gray hairs remained the same. This hair dye is completely ineffective. On top of that, it made a huge mess in the bathroom - the bathtub, sink, towel, and even myself got stained. I won't be purchasing this product again. It was a dirty and frustrating experience. After this, I don't want to buy anything from this brand anymore. I used to buy their shampoos, facial cleansers, and more, but not anymore.

The only thing is, I didn't understand how to apply it at first (it's a bit dry compared to regular hair dye). And I didn't have enough for the roots, so I'll be buying two next time. I also saw on a blogger's post that they add coconut or other natural oil to henna and indigo for coloring (not sure if that's allowed here).

But the effect is worth it! I left it on for 1 hour and 20 minutes, the color is almost black with a slight tint (the dye is dark brown), rich and shiny! And my hair feels alive, nourished, and there's less hair fall when I comb it. I can't help but touch my hair.
