Enriching cosmetic products: Add 5-10 drops of rice germ oil to 10 grams of cream or 10 ml of toner (lotion). Mix 7-10 ml of rice germ oil with 100 ml of shampoo or hair conditioner. These products help tone the skin, improve blood circulation, nourish the scalp and hair, and give the hair a healthy, well-groomed appearance. Masks, applications, and ointments: Rice germ oil can be used in its pure form or mixed with other vegetable and essential oils (1-2 drops per 1 tablespoon of base oil). Apply oil-soaked cloths to problem areas of the skin for 10-20 minutes, or apply 1-2 times a day. Therapeutic baths: Mix 5-7 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of rice germ oil and add to a warm bath. Due to its richness in antioxidants, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, nutritionists recommend consuming 1-2 tablespoons of this oil daily.
