- For massage, mix 5-6 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a base vegetable oil.
- To enrich creams and tonics, add 2-3 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of the base product.
- For rinsing, add 1 teaspoon of an alcohol solution of essential oil (5-7 drops in 10 ml of 90% ethanol) to a glass of water.
- For inhalations and aromatherapy, use 3-5 drops of essential oil.
- For a bath, mix 7-10 drops of essential oil with an emulsifier (1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt). -
