- For aroma lamps: Use 2-5 drops per 15 square meters of room space.
- For hot inhalations: Use 1-2 drops, with a procedure duration of 3-5 minutes.

- For massages: Use 3-5 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
- For reflexology massage: Mix with base vegetable oil in a 1:1 ratio.
