I have been using it for about 4 months now and it still hasn't run out. It has a light rose scent, doesn't leave any stickiness, absorbs quickly, and provides good moisturization. However, I haven't noticed any anti-aging effect (hence the minus one star).
I will give it five stars, although I haven't yet understood its effect. However, it is flawless.
The ampoule is very pleasant and moisturizing. After applying it, the skin instantly improves and the rose scent lingers for a while. After 10 days of use, there are noticeable changes. I definitely recommend purchasing it. I am 60 years old and have sensitive and dry skin.

It smells really good, nothing chemical - the scent of tea rose. You only need a tiny amount. It doesn't create any discomfort on the face, absorbs quickly, I apply cream on top. I don't know if it will give any results (anti-aging), because I just received it.

Even if it didn't do anything useful, it would be worth buying for the scent of roses. I hesitated because I have sensitive skin, but the essence worked wonderfully. It works well with skin tone, provides moisture throughout the day, and doesn't conflict with creams, primer, and foundation. It is economical to use, as only a small pea-sized amount is needed. It is suitable for mature and dry skin, and I am completely satisfied. I use it as both a day and night serum under my moisturizer.
Unfortunately, the anti-aging essence with rose did not work for me, even though I use other Medi-Peel products. After applying it, my skin turns red and looks like I have a fever, it tingles a bit, and pimples appeared, even though I have mature skin (45+, combination type) and haven't had many issues like this for years. I apply it after the toner from the same brand, tried using it with and without moisturizer. Some positives are the rose scent and the cute packaging.
I am satisfied with this product as it caters perfectly to mature skin.
I would like to add to the review. After using it in the evening, my face feels firm, fresh, and with a lifted contour in the morning. When applying it, there is no stickiness left, it absorbs almost instantly, and I seal it with the cream from the same brand. This product suits me perfectly, it feels like it was made for me.

This serum is wonderful and very pleasant to use. It is not sticky at all. It moisturizes, nourishes, and smoothes the skin. Of course, it's not realistic to expect miraculous results. I am 50 years old, so I evaluate the results adequately.
I agree with the comment below - everything in this serum is great. The scent is strong, but it dissipates fairly quickly. People with dry or combination skin, prone to dryness, should like it.
