I used chondromag simultaneously with an ultrasound session. I applied the ointment to my joint for 3 months, using two bottles. It doesn't rub in very quickly. You need to squeeze a little bit out of the tube. I applied it twice a day. I didn't see any effect for more than two weeks, but over time the pain started to decrease and almost completely disappeared. I definitely recommend it.
