I do not recommend it. I don't like how it applies. You have to apply several layers of it and use a different nail polish.
The shade 02 is more of a coral color than orange, and it is also somewhat translucent. It doesn't look great on its own. However, it does look good on white, giving a neon effect.

I like that it has a bit of transparency, yet it is still vibrant. It dries nicely, and I bought 4 colors. I am satisfied with all of them.
I applied two coats of this product on a white base - everything turned out great. However, as a standalone polish, it is not suitable - it is too pale and watery (which is the case with all neons from any manufacturer).
Even in 3 layers, it remains transparent. I thought it would be a bright, vibrant neon! Such a waste of money ((( There are no complaints about the delivery, thank you to the makeup brand for their efficiency.

For a better effect, it is best to apply it over another, more saturated nail polish. And this one as a second layer, for neon and brightness, then it's awesome!

I bought size 4 specifically for the neon effect for a neon party. If you just need nail polish, then don't buy it because it's not for no reason they write Neon on the bottle. Based on your reviews, it seems like this is a bad product, but that's not true at all. I simply fell in love with this brand and now only buy Nogotok: if you want it to dry quickly, you should get the 60, if you want it to look like fake nails in a "rich" way, get the GEL. Read what it is before buying something cheaper.

I chose color 08 for this product. The shade matches the photo. It has a semi-transparent stained glass effect and does not streak. If you want the color to appear vibrant with just one coat, apply a white base coat.

I purchased shade 06, the blue one. It is extremely runny! It tends to spread in all directions and requires 4-5 coats to look decent. This brand has a great range called Gel Effect, which offers really good quality. However, I do not recommend this particular product. It is one of the worst nail polishes I have ever purchased.
The coverage is like that of a gel nail polish, meaning it is semi-transparent. I am satisfied with it. The brush is ordinary, rectangular. It dries quickly and stays on well. The shade is number 7 - coral-raspberry. The color is accurately represented in the catalog photo.
