"Olive" oil is also suitable for daily use by individuals with any skin type. Taking a bath with this cosmetic will soften and moisturize your skin, freeing it from excessive dryness. Olive oil is also added to aromatic compositions to enhance the effect of the necessary creams, balms, and restorative masks.
How to use:
Massage for figure correction in cases of obesity. Mix 2 parts olive oil, 1 part walnut oil, and 1 part wheat germ oil. For 1 tablespoon of the fat base, add 1–2 drops of cypress, orange, juniper, and rosemary essential oils. Perform the massage after taking a bath or shower every day during the first week, then 2–3 times a week thereafter.
Massage oil for relieving fatigue and reducing leg swelling: mix 2 parts olive oil, 1 part coconut oil, and 1 part grape seed oil. To 1 tablespoon of the fat base, add 5 drops of cypress, 5 drops of juniper, and 3 drops of rosemary essential oils. Massage the legs with the mixture until fully absorbed.
Care for problematic skin: mix half a teaspoon of black cumin oil and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture to the face and leave for 1 hour. Then rinse with water and baby soap.
Care for dry and normal skin: mix olive oil. To 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add 5 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of geranium, and 3 drops of rosewood essential oils. Apply to the face 1–2 times a day.
Rejuvenating mask: mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of kiwi pulp (kiwi can be replaced with grapes), apply the mixture to the face, and after 20–30 minutes, rinse with warm, then cold water.
