The "Olive" cosmetic oil from the Ukrainian brand "Aromatika" can rejuvenate the skin and serve as an excellent preventive measure against the wrinkles that many women dread. With its use, you'll experience its effectiveness in healing injuries, irritations, and burns.
The "Olive" oil is suitable for daily use by individuals with any skin type. When used in a bath, this cosmetic product softens and moisturizes the skin, relieving it of excessive dryness. Olive oil is also added to aromatic compositions to enhance the effects of essential creams, balms, and restorative masks.
Body shaping massage for weight management: Mix 2 parts olive oil, 1 part walnut oil, and 1 part wheat germ oil. To 1 tablespoon of this oil base, add 1–2 drops each of cypress, orange, juniper, and rosemary essential oils. Perform the massage daily after a bath or shower for the first week, then 2–3 times a week thereafter.
Massage oil for relieving fatigue and reducing leg swelling: Mix 2 parts olive oil, 1 part coconut oil, and 1 part grape seed oil. To 1 tablespoon of the oil base, add 5 drops of cypress, 5 drops of juniper, and 3 drops of rosemary essential oils. Massage the legs with the mixture until fully absorbed.
Care for problematic skin: Mix half a teaspoon of black cumin oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture to the face and leave it on for 1 hour. Then rinse off with water and mild soap.
Care for dry and normal skin: Mix olive oil. To 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add 5 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of geranium, and 3 drops of rosewood essential oils. Apply to the face 1–2 times a day.
Rejuvenating mask: Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of kiwi pulp (grapes can be used as an alternative), apply the mixture to the face, and rinse off with warm, then cold water after 20–30 minutes.
