My nails became as fragile as paper after extensive nail extensions, but with this base coat, I was able to restore the nail plate and now I'm not afraid to grow them out. The consistency is a bit thick, so you don't need to load too much on the brush and spread it out, it will even out on its own. Cure it under the UV lamp for 2 minutes, it might be slightly sticky, but it takes nail polish really well. I wore the nails for a month with the same topcoat and only removed them because I got bored of the color.
