The degreaser should be used both before and after taping the lower lashes. The main rule is to avoid touching the treated upper lashes with your fingers. It is crucial to thoroughly treat the lashes, especially if they are undergoing a re-application procedure: in this case, you need to remove not only the natural oils but also any residual glue.

I use this for my eyelashes, and it does a great job of removing oil. None of my clients have complained.
Do not buy this product, it's terrible. It probably contains alcohol, as it burns horribly and irritates the eyes.
One of the clients developed an allergy after eyebrow degreasing. They all experienced a burning sensation during application. What ingredients does it contain? There must be something aggressive for the skin.
