I tried using it as a liquid substitute for water-activated eyeliners, but it didn't work at all. The staying power is mediocre, and it heavily affects the color, causing eye irritation.

Overall, the functionality is great. I enjoy using all the non-walking shadows as eyeliner. The only thing is that the product is very alcoholic. I drew "cat-eye" wings with it and tried to color the inner corners, which gave me unforgettable sensations.

The product is not accurately described as glitter glue, it is actually a fluid for blending pigments. I purchased it specifically for this purpose and it works great. It can be used to turn dry pigments into eyeliner or to mix pigments together, creating completely new colors. Additionally, when used in combination with this fluid, all products adhere well, without smudging or fading. They stay in place and can be easily removed with water.
