I will start by mentioning that I did not buy the shampoo here. The impression from using it is good, the hair is shiny, soft, well-groomed, and the smell is amazing. Once again, I am convinced that it is best not to rely on reviews because everything is individual. Girls, give it a try. The product may not work for some, but it will work for others.
The shampoo was simply not suitable for me. I have long, straight, undyed hair, with damage at the ends and lacking any particular volume. The shampoo tangled my hair horribly and made it very (!) fluffy. Even a trusted hair conditioner couldn't improve the situation after washing. And the smell... it was the worst fragrance imaginable. The scent is extremely strong and nauseating. Honestly, the worst shampoo I have ever tried.
Simply awful! I bought this shampoo on sale for the first time, and I have never encountered such a shampoo before. It doesn't lather well, and the most interesting part is that my hair clumped together on the crown of my head like a ball, and I could barely separate them with a hair mask. After rinsing off the mask, the situation on my scalp didn't change at all. It feels like it doesn't completely wash out of my hair. I am utterly disappointed and horrified. My hair is dyed, and there's no way to smooth it out after using this shampoo. I tried different series, and I can definitely say that I have never encountered anything worse. Maybe it's expired? There was a date sticker attached.
I have been buying this product not for the first time. It is perfect for my long hair. My hair shines and smells pleasant. I use the entire range of this series. There are no downsides.
My encounter with this shampoo happened by chance when I was buying the conditioner from the same series. I decided to try a sample first, and it seemed to work well, so I purchased a liter-sized bottle. However, after a week of using the shampoo, it became difficult to rinse it out of my hair, and my hair started to feel greasy and sticky. I also noticed the appearance of dandruff. Although it initially performed well on my hair, leaving it soft and shiny, these issues arose after a few days.
I am using this shampoo after keratin treatment, and I am very satisfied with it. It doesn't dry out my skin and has a pleasant scent. A liter of this shampoo lasted me for 6 months (washing every other day). It lathers well, so you don't need to use a lot. My hair feels soft and is easy to comb after using it. When I ordered it, I was afraid it might not be suitable for me, as I always read reviews before purchasing a product. However, it has been a while now and I still haven't seen any reviews. I always write reviews after testing a product for some time, in this case, for 6 months.
