Massage: Combine 6 drops of the oil (or oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of a vegetable oil (such as avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, or grape seed oil).
Baths: Mix 4-7 drops of the oil with 30-60 grams of an emulsifier (such as salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add it to a filled bath.
Compresses and Lotions: Add 7 drops to water or oil, apply the compress for 10-40 minutes, and cover with plastic wrap for warmth.
