I bought it a couple of months ago, and I really liked it a lot because of its scent. So, when it recently ran out, I bought it again. However, I noticed that it's a different batch now, and the scent is different. I really miss the old scent.

I really love all the essential oils from the Kvitа brand, and so does my friend. The quality is truly excellent, much better than all the other essential oils I have tried and bought in Ukraine. If you are looking for truly high-quality oil and not some chemical mess, then buy from the Kvitа brand.

I'm not sure how cedar essential oil is supposed to smell, but I didn't like the scent. Even if you add it to other oils, it still turns out to be a blend with an unpleasant aroma. The scent is not woody or pine-like, but rather reminiscent of gasoline. Maybe cedar is supposed to smell like this, but I don't know where to use it because of the unpleasant aroma. There are many good oils from Kvita, but I really dislike this one, even the Bay oil is much more pleasant.

I bought cedar oil for the first time, specifically Cedrus Deodara (there are different types of cedars). After the purchase, I had the opportunity to compare it with oil from another European company. Well, what can I say - I liked this one more! My friend's scent was more intense, no doubt about it. But! It was so intense that a couple of minutes after applying it to my hand, I had to run and wash it off because I couldn't breathe - there was just too much of it. And it was "one-note". Whereas mine was more lively, with some nuances.
For those who have no idea what scent it is, I would say it's not piney or fresh; it's a sweet scent, just not floral-sweet, it's different... There are many perfumes with cedar notes. The first thing that comes to mind is Serge Lutens "Feminite du Bois", but there the cedar is from Virginia. Here it will be sweeter. And right now, I'm not comparing, I'm just trying to determine the scent direction.
In short, I am very satisfied with the purchase; the scent is very much "me".
