Cream Color Activator 10 vol 3 % Puring Tutto Colors

I ordered two liter bottles, one with 3% and the other with 6% concentration. It was a disaster! I applied the powder to my roots with a mixture of 3% and 6% to achieve a 4.5% concentration. It burned my scalp, had a strong chemical smell, and caused a burning sensation. The mixture dripped down my already lightened hair, so I had to urgently wash it off, right after applying it to half of my head. I have been using Igora for many years and wanted to save some money, but now everything has gone to waste. The store's service, as always, is top-notch. Thank you.

I love this activator, I have been using it for over 2 years, and many people liked it after my recommendations)) I use it for Erayba and Echosline paints. It darkens light whiskies perfectly, no gray hairs are visible (3%). It smells quite pleasant, like something sweet.
