Fluorescent Watercolor - Make-Up Atelier Paris
I ordered the pink and green ones. The green one barely glows under UV light, it's more like regular light green eyeshadow. It looks okay in the packaging, it glows, but on the skin it's barely visible, even with two layers. The pink one glows very brightly, but with an orange color. It runs out quickly.
