The balm and shampoo are excellent. The hair feels soft and is easily manageable.

Great product. I use the shampoo and conditioner combo. My hair is amazing and has a subtle shade. Even though I haven't dyed my hair in 3 weeks, it still looks great.

I am very satisfied and I highly recommend it! I use it strictly for its intended purpose - to wash (once) after using L'Oreal lightening products. Even in beauty salons, not all Master Stylists know that after coloring and especially lightening, you need to rinse with not just any shampoo, but specifically an Acidic Shampoo like this one! I myself did not know this for years until I found out. I tried this one and I saw the difference. The price for a liter is simply wonderful and it lasts a long time. My scalp no longer itches or feels irritated for several days after coloring and my hair is in perfect condition. The Acidic Shampoo reacts with the leftover dye and stops the aggressive reaction, so it doesn't harm the scalp or dry out the hair. So don't hesitate to use it for coloring, I have no regrets.

I use this product as a regular conditioner on a consistent basis. It has a liquid consistency, which leads to a high consumption rate, but the scent is pleasant. However, that's pretty much it. After using it, my hair becomes tangled at the ends and overly dry, so I use it after a hair mask. I bought it elsewhere at a lower price, so I decided to give it a try.
