Apply a serum or light cream suitable for your skin type or desired effect to thoroughly cleansed facial skin and allow it to absorb. Avoid using heavy oils. Pour 15-25g of mask powder into a special rubber bowl and add 50-75ml of activating lotion or water (at a 1:3 ratio) at room temperature (20-25° C). Quickly mix the resulting mixture until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream. Using a wide spatula, swiftly apply the mixture to the face in a thick layer. Within 2-4 minutes, the mask will set on the face, creating a uniform dense surface. To prevent drying and irritation at the edges of the mask, it is necessary to moisten it with water or lotion. After 20 minutes, remove the mask in one piece, starting from the chin. Apply a cream suitable for your skin type. For the best results, it is recommended to use alginate masks in a course of 10-12 treatments, 2-3 times a week.
