Apply the EXTRA Pro Base PNB to your rhinestone locations with a thin brush. The drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. ‘Plant’ the rhinestones by drowning them a little in the drops of the base. Dry in UV/LED, combi lamp for 10 to 15 seconds. Using a thin brush soaked in PNB rubber base coat, draw the ‘planted’ rhinestones.  Dry in UV/LED, combi lamp for 10 to 15 seconds. Cover with a brush the part of the design where there are no rhinestones with a top. Polymerize in UV lamp for 2 minutes, in LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
