How to use: using a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base to the spots where the rhinestones will be placed. The base drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. "Plant" the rhinestones, slightly sinking them into the base drops. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 sec. Afterwards, using a fine brush soaked in PNB rubber base coating, outline the "planted" rhinestones. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 sec. Cover the part of the design without rhinestones with a sealer using a brush. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2 mins., in LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps - 60 sec.
