- Always start the massage from the lower part of the body, moving upwards towards the heart. Massage the legs from the feet to the knees, and from the knees to the groin (in the front) and to the upper part of the buttocks (in the back).
- When you reach the abdomen, switch from gliding to circular motions, moving your hand in a clockwise direction.
- The next step is the arms - massage from the fingers to the shoulders, ending the movement under the armpit or at the collarbone.
- If your skin enjoys it, you can also massage the décolleté, neck, and chest. Then start the massage from the neck and make softer, circular movements.
- When massaging the chest, use short strokes away from the nipples, followed by long strokes from the area between the breasts, under the breasts, and towards the armpit.
- Finish the massage movements at the lower back near the tailbone.
Regular dry brushing of the body is very important. The duration of the massage depends on individual needs, and it can be done for 5-10 minutes every day or every other day. Initially, the skin may become slightly pink, but over time, the pressure of the brush can be increased. The first results are noticeable after just a few sessions.
