First, brush teeth with a toothpaste of your choice. Using a finger, apply a tiny amount of the tooth cream to enamel. Leave on for at least 5 minutes. It is better to keep the mouth open, as this will decrease saliva production. After the time is up, spit it out and do not eat for 30 minutes. Accidental swallowing is not harmful. Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
