It didn't help with seborrhea at all. I don't have dandruff, so I don't know how it deals with that. I was disappointed and now I'm looking for a replacement for Head and Shoulders. Currently, Head and Shoulders no longer contains zinc, so it naturally stopped helping with seborrhea. Perhaps this shampoo has a low concentration of zinc, which is why it doesn't help. The consistency of the shampoo is good, the scent is not bothersome, and it cleans well.
Great shampoo, it helped me with dandruff, my skin became less oily and the itching started to disappear after each wash. I disagree with the previous review regarding its economy - the shampoo itself is quite liquid, so I use a lot of it on my long hair, but it's not a problem with such a volume. It lathers well, cleans thoroughly, but I recommend using a hair mask or conditioner right after because otherwise, it's difficult to comb the hair.
