Bath: Before adding the essential oil blend to the bath, mix it with a dispersant (such as salt or a carrier oil) for even distribution in water. Use 5-10 drops per 100 g of salt or 10-20 ml of carrier oil. Sauna: Add 50-100 ml of water to a container and mix in 8-12 drops of oil for every 15 m² of space. Use the solution to spray on benches, walls, and stones. Compresses: Add 5-8 drops of the essential oil blend to hot water, soak a towel in the mixture, and apply the compress to the affected area. Massage: Use 7-10 drops of the blend per 20-30 ml of carrier oil. For joint pain, rub the mixture onto the affected area before bed and wrap with a warming bandage. For severe pain due to rheumatism, mix 3-8 drops of the essential oil blend with carrier oil and apply three times a day.
