Gua Sha is a massage technique from Chinese medicine that helps to eliminate toxins from the body, smooth out wrinkles, and strengthen the facial contour. Gua Sha for the face can serve as an alternative to invasive facial treatments, such as facelifts, dermal injections, or filling in wrinkles with botulinum toxin.
