I really liked this shampoo. It worked well for both me and my teenage child. I noticed a difference after the first use: dandruff reduced significantly and after 3-4 washes, it was practically gone. It also helped with hair loss. Of course, it doesn't give the same shine as sulfate shampoos, but it cleanses well and lathers nicely. I definitely need to use a conditioner and leave-in treatment afterwards, otherwise my hair looks dull.
