After using the shampoo, apply the conditioner throughout the length of your hair, then rinse thoroughly.
Overall, this product is quite disappointing. It feels like I simply rinsed my hair with water. After using it, my hair became as stiff as straw. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a conditioner.
This is a great conditioner. It leaves my hair silky and prevents frizz. However, I would not recommend using the shampoo from this series. It tends to make the scalp greasy very quickly.
