I bought them randomly...and the patches turned out to be excellent. They cool down in hot weather, reduce swelling, and moisturize. However, I had to get used to them a little bit - I would prefer them to be slightly larger on their own. The set includes a lid to close it after opening and a spatula to take the patches. Overall, I'm satisfied. I need to try something else from this series. P.S. I have sensitive, delicate skin - there were no allergies.
